Initially we would welcome up to two groups of four to play this interesting game of cards with the emphasis very much on being social and fun. We are happy to host in Olivers Battery with a break for tea and biscuits. The cost would be minimal just to cover the refreshments.
Beginners welcome – it’s not too difficult to learn!
This group started in September 2024, taking place monthly on a Wednesday afternoon.  I was surprised at how many people were interested and we now have a core of 8 people who attend regularly with around 6 people on our waiting list who come along as and when there is space.  We are unfortunately unable to run a larger group because we hold these sessions in-house, However, we now try to invite an extra 2 people to join us to give the opportunity to watch and also take part in a game or two.  

Everyone enjoys the game itself and the very informal setting with some chat and tea/biscuits midway through the afternoon.
