The members of this group enjoy reading those novels which have stood the test of time and can be regarded as “classics.”
We meet on the last Wednesday of every month in each other’s homes. We welcome suggestions of novels for future months.
In the November newsletter, one of our members, Gail Alexander, wrote an interesting piece on the Classic Novels Group. The current group is full but we are looking for members of a new group “Classic Novels 2”. We enjoy our reading of Classic literature so much that we are happy to help in setting up such a group. We already have one or two people who are interested but we need a few more. If you would like to know more please contact me.
