We meet monthly bringing poems to read, discuss and enjoy. These can include poems written by members themselves.

Many poems scrutinized,
no poem weaponized,
many enjoyed:
at Poetry 3
we’ve got what it takes
and the coffee is free
and so are the cakes.

Poetry 3 would like more members. We meet at 10.30 a.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at Winchester Heights Care Home, Stockbridge Road (opposite Waitrose). We bring poems by a wide variety of poets, and, if we’re writers, include some of our own. Discussion is lively and wide-ranging and often leads to more poems, which is great, but would be even better with more of us. Do please contact me if you’re interested.
